On
October 19th and 20th, 2002 70 buildings on both sides of the Niagara
River will open their doors for free. Buildings have been clustered
in six distinct locations throughout Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula
and in Niagara and Erie Counties in New York State. In Ontario, buildings can be found in or near Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls, and Fort Erie. In New York State, buildings can be found in Niagara County in or near Lewiston, Niagara Falls and Lockport. In Erie County, there are participating sites in downtown Buffalo, in the Theatre District, on the East Side, in the Olmsted Crescent district of North Buffalo, in East Aurora, Orchard Park, West Falls, Derby and Lackawanna.
